Steve Coutts is a 30-year veteran in operations, sales, sales management, research management, brokerage, and investment management within the commercial real estate industry. As Cherre’s Chief Commercial Officer, Steve is responsible for overseeing the development and expansion of Cherre’s Data Partner Network while directing and supporting the growth of the Cherre sales organization. Prior to joining Cherre, Steve worked as a senior level sales manager and head of sales for leaders in commercial real estate research and analytics companies including REIS, Xceligent (a DMGI company), and CoStar, was president and founder of the Boston Commercial Real Estate Network, a commercial broker in Boston and New Jersey, co-owner of Coutts Capital - a New Jersey-based real estate investment company and a registered representative with Northwestern Mutual Life. Steve earned a B.Sc. in business management and economics from Cornell University and completed the strategic sales management program from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
