Christie Chen is a Director of Investments at Oxford Properties Group, where she is responsible for sourcing and structuring investments across a variety of asset classes including office, life sciences, industrial and real estate credit, with $4.0+ billion of transaction experience. Most recently, Christie has been very involved in the buildout / expansion of Oxford’s life science portfolio and is currently leading the biomanufacturing strategy within Oxford’s life science platform. Prior to joining Oxford in 2019, Christie has held investments and capital markets positions at Blackstone, W.P. Carey and BlackRock. Christie graduated with a BA from NYU and an MBA from Wharton. Christie is a CFA Charterholder, REBNY Coro leadership fellow and WX fellow.
