Nikki Greenberg is QIC Real Estate’s Head of Technology Strategy and Digital Management where she is focussed on defining digital solutions to enable market-leading experiences that drive commercial outcomes across the GRE business and portfolio assets, in Australia.


Having entered the property industry through her career as an architect and urban designer before moving into property development, Nikki has held cross-functional roles with Lendlease, Koichi Takada Architects, Greenland, and Brown Harris Stevens (New York), delivering transformative, multi-award winning, mixed-use developments in Australia, USA, and China.

As an innovation strategist and industry thought leader, Nikki is passionate about reimagining the built world, to bring spaces into alignment with the increasingly digitised way that people live, work and communicate today.

Nikki is a founding member and co-chair of the Urban Land Institute’ New York Technology and Innovation Council, and also serves as Global Ambassador of Women in PropTech which she founded in 2018. She holds a Master of Commerce (International Business), Master of Architecture, and Bachelor of Architecture with Honours, all from UNSW in Sydney. She is a frequent speaker at leading global conferences, commentator in the press, and recipient of numerous industry awards including being recognised as Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Innovator in 2021
