In 2013, Peebles acquired 108 Leonard, the largest single-building sale in New York City government history. In February 2016, Peebles closed on a $411,000,000 construction loan and mezzanine financing to begin construction on the 420,000 square foot Tribeca landmark which includes residential condominiums, retail and a dedicated community space. The firm has built a national track record based on sustained excellence in executing community focused development projects. Over the course of his career, Mr. Peebles has partnered with public agencies and municipalities across the US to improve the built environment and provide opportunities for minorities.
