Vardahn is a Vice President in the Investments group at JBG SMITH and leads all execution of the National Landing Smart City Initiative. He and the team are focused on deploying a world class digital infrastructure platform across National Landing with the vision of creating a canvas of innovation unlike any other. For the past 8+ years, Vardahn has been focused on bringing technology and innovation to life in urban environments. Prior to joining JBGS, Vardahn was the lead consultant in Accenture’s Smart Cities and Connected Campus practice. He worked across industries (public sector, real estate, telecom, resources) to craft strategies, conduct investment analyses, implement smart city infrastructure, and define operations. Vardahn is based in Washington, DC and holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in Smart Cities & Urban Analytics from the University College London, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT.
