Sunil “Sunny” Seelamsetty is a Senior Vice President at Brookfield Properties Development, focusing on mixed-use developments in gateway markets in the Northeast U.S. He has been with Brookfield since 2011 and has served in several capacities during his tenure, including Asset Management, Capital Markets, Acquisitions, and M&A.

Within the Development group, Mr. Seelamsetty has worked on nearly 20 million square feet of development projects nationwide across all stages of development, including land acquisition, entitlement, planning/design, construction, lease up, and stabilized operations.

Mr. Seelamsetty holds a BSBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
