Tiffany is the Head of Real Estate (US East) at IBM, where she drives real estate strategy through leadership of the CRE ecosystem. This ecosystem comprises strategy, transactions, design & construction, facility management and business operations. In this role, Tiffany is accountable for space across 31 states, 9 strategic markets, and 95 cities. In the end, her team is responsible for aligning with executive business shareholders to optimize their efficiency and deliver solutions that support their missions.
Tiffany began her career in commercial real estate over 17 years ago, at a SL Green. In her tenure, Tiffany has had the privilege of managing real estate for power players, such as JLL, C&W, and Cassidy Turley. Tiffany is a wife and mother of 2 sons. When not working at IBM, Tiffany enjoys choral music, cooking and studying etiquette. Tiffany founded Proper Decorum (etiquette coaching) in 2015 and is an active Jack and Jill mother.
