As Global Head of Investor Relations and Capital Development, Mrs. Lloyds leads Willow's external capital raising activities and is the Company’s primary point of contact for both internal and external investors. Mrs. Lloyds began her career in real estate at CB Richard Ellis in New York and London, where she advised US and international clients on a range of real estate issues including strategic planning, operational performance improvement, facilities outsourcing, real estate development studies and corporate portfolio planning strategies. She has a background in organizational psychology, real estate finance, construction management and development. She earned a B.A. in Economics and History from Columbia College / Columbia University.
