CHARLIE STEPHENS currently leads NYC Tri-State Partnerships at HqO, the premier tenant Experience platform for Commercial Office Buildings. Charlie previously worked as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Cushman & Wakefield in Midtown Manhattan representing both landlords and corporate tenants.

Charlie is also the host and creator of the PrimeTime VC YouTube series & the Leaders Live show; Linkedin’s first live business series where he has interviewed over 250+ CEOs, founders, and venture capital partners. Charlie currently lives in Long Island, New York with his wife and 3 sons.
